Terms and conditions: the rules in brief

Reading the terms before using a service matters—they set out who may use it, how an account works, and which behaviour is prohibited. This page summarises those rules.

The complete and current terms live on the relevant service's own policy page; what follows is an explanatory summary for convenience.

The main points in the terms

Eligibility: the service is for people aged 18 or over. Registration requires accurate name, date of birth and mobile number; false details can lead to the account being closed.

Accounts: published rules allow one account per person. Opening several from the same number, ID or device is not permitted, and can lead to accounts being closed and balances voided.

Bonuses: bonuses usually carry wagering requirements. For example, 10x wagering on a 500 taka bonus means 5,000 taka must be staked before withdrawal. Each bonus has its own terms—read them before accepting.

Four rules that matter most

Most disputes come from these four areas, so they are worth knowing in advance.

Eligibility and identity

18+ and accurate identity—name, date of birth and ID must match between registration and KYC. False or underage accounts can be closed.

Account rules

One account per person; sharing an account or password is prohibited. Change the password if you suspect an unknown login.

Bonuses and wagering

Each bonus has its own wagering, deadline and eligible games—read the terms first to avoid disputes later.

Transactions and verification

Deposits and withdrawals require matching name and ID; unusual transactions or abuse of multiple methods can trigger a review.

Questions about the terms and where to write

If any part is unclear, read the relevant service's published policy and ask through the support page. Mentioning the page and section in your question makes the answer easier to give.

Terms can change over time; check the latest version before a large transaction or a promotion. The summary here is explanatory and does not replace the original terms.
