star75 login: getting into your account

The login page does two jobs: letting you enter with your registered mobile number, and showing the recovery route when you forget your password. For Bangladesh, the +88 country code is usually added automatically.

Below are the steps, the common reasons a login fails, and which settings to review once you are inside.

What you need to sign in

First, the mobile number or username you registered with—either usually works. If your number already includes the country code, you do not need to type it again.

Second, your password. Check that Caps Lock is off before typing; a Bengali keyboard layout can send different characters, so switch to an English keyboard for the password field.

When the login succeeds you will see your balance, the game sections and account settings. If it fails, work through the steps below rather than retrying repeatedly.

When login gets stuck

Login problems usually come in three shapes: wrong details, a forgotten password, or a short-lived block.

Check your details

Re-check the digits in your number, the country code and the password; keep the keyboard in English while typing.

Reset the password

Use 'forgot password' to receive an OTP on your registered number and set a new password.

Temporary block

Several failed attempts can trigger a temporary block; wait a while, and use the support page if it does not clear.

Staying safe after you sign in

On a shared phone or in a cyber café, log out when you finish and clear any saved password in the browser. Only use the 'remember me' option on a device that is yours alone.

If an OTP arrives while you are logging in, never share it. Anyone who calls claiming to be support and asks for your OTP or password is not legitimate—use the contact route on the support page instead.

Login steps

  1. Open the login page

Open the site in your browser and go to the login section; typing the address yourself is safer than following an old saved link.

  2. Enter your details

Enter your registered mobile number or username, then your password.

  3. Check the result

If it succeeds the dashboard opens; if not, read the message before trying again.

  4. Review settings

Review your profile, password and two-step verification settings.

Login questions

I forgot my password—what now?

Use the password reset route; if the OTP does not arrive, the support page explains how to check the number and request it again.

Can I log in on a phone?

Yes. The browser works on both Android and iOS; no separate app is required. See the app page for detail.

Can I use several devices?

One active session is typical; signing in on another device may end the earlier one. If anything looks unusual, change your password.

What if I see an unknown login?

Change your password immediately, check your account settings, and report it through the support page; see the security page for the full checklist.
